1. Acceptance
By using Ganexa Academy you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you accept on its behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure. Child accounts must be created and managed by a parent/guardian.
3. Purchases & taxes
Course prices are shown in INR (India) or USD (international). Applicable taxes (e.g. GST 18% in India) are shown at checkout and itemised on your receipt. Payments settle in India.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described at the point of purchase and follows applicable consumer law.
5. Creator content
Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Ganexa a licence to host and deliver it. Creators are paid on the base (pre-tax) price per the payout terms.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. Community participation is moderated; child-directed interactions are public and moderated.
7. Liability & changes
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified.
