For Kidzoo (kidzoo.ganexa.academy) — children Grades 1–10.
Verifiable parental consent
A child account cannot be used until a parent/guardian provides verifiable consent. We record the consent event with a timestamp and the consenting guardian.
Data minimisation
For children we collect only a first name/nickname and grade — never full PII, home address, or precise location. No public profiles for children.
No targeted advertising
We never serve behavioural/targeted advertising to children and do not sell children's data.
Moderated, public interactions
There is no private messaging for children. All learner interactions are public and moderated. Parents can disable community participation in Parental Controls.
Parental controls
Parents can set daily screen-time limits, quiet hours, restrict community Q&A, and require approval before enrolment — from the Parent Dashboard.
Parental rights
Parents may review, export, or delete their child's data, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting privacy@ganexa.academy.
